All orders are placed using the shop and checkout on the web site. Before you purchase you are welcome to contact me first to discuss any questions you have.

All payments are processed through the checkout here on my shopify site. You can use all payment types including credit/Debit/Apple & Google pay. I also accept pay in 3 with KLARNA

If you live in the following areas, East & North Herts including WGC, Hertford, Ware/ St Albans/ Harpenden & surrounding areas I offer a free collection and drop off service. Further afield please use a tracked service for your precious items and send them to me.

The lead time is 3-4 weeks from receipt of items. If this changes for example your item is finished sooner I will email you this info.

Yes Of course, I am happy to take an order this way however if you want to use KLARNA or a credit card this will need to be ordered on line. I can take some payments by phone which I will detail when speaking to you.

Please be assured I never outsource any of the items I make. I keep my business small and bespoke, this works well for me and means I am fully in control of the quality of the work.

As a small business I have to limit the amount of orders I accept every month. This is why it is important to order through the website as I load the stock level on the product. so if I am at capacity for that month the item will show out of stock. I will upload stock levels every month, so if you try to order and it says out of stock then the order book is closed for the month. I will update Instagram and on the front page of the web site when new orders can be placed.
